Follow a hapless hunchback who longs for love. However, when the Pope and the French king give the hunchback orders to kill the other, he becomes embroiled in a bloody feud. Quasi is a miser who is happy to be useful in his village, working inside a torture chamber with his hitman Duchamp, perfecting the details of his greatest invention: The Rack. It is an exciting time for the villagers, with Pope Cornelius celebrating his reign and Queen Catherine attending the coronation of King Guy. The film The Hunchback of Notre Dame is a humorous retelling of the Quasimodo story – or at least, kind of.
