We watch three friends Burt, Valerie, and Harold. They become involved in one of the craziest conspiracies in American history while they are in Amsterdam. Burt and Harold are accused of killing a young woman after witnessing the crime. They connect with Valerie and her brother Tom, who advise them to get in touch with General Gil Dillenbeck, a former general who served under the command of Burt and Harold’s army command. In an effort to clear their names and find out who is trying to frame them for the murder, the team turns to Gil for assistance.
